By signing up to be a Wholesale Customer of It’s Clancy, Yo!, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

It’s Clancy, Yo! reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Any new changes to the features of our current Wholesaler agreement, including the addition of excluded products, pricing, or otherwise, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of your account after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. We will endeavour to update you on potential changes via email periodically.

Violation of any of the Terms below will result in the termination of your Account. You agree to become a Wholesale Customer at your own risk.

Wholesale Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or above to become a Wholesale Customer 

  • You must be a real person. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted

  • You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the application process

  • Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. It’s Clancy, Yo! cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation

  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account

  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

  • You may not use your Wholesale Account for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)

Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum Order Requirements

First and subsequent wholesale orders must be valued at AUD $200.00 or over (excluding shipping costs). 

To unlock Wholesale Customer pricing we require you to order a minimum of:

  • 5 SKU’s for individual retail size products 

  • 2 SKU’s for product bundles 

  • 2 SKU’s for accessories 

  • 2 SKU’s for salon size products

Payment Terms

Payment for all orders must be made in full prior to the dispatch of orders.

We accept payment via Stripe and Paypal. 


Prices shown on the ordering form are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time unless already invoiced.

We recommend that you set your own pricing in line with our RRP’s as listed on our main website ( and on our ordering form unless they are clearly marked as being on sale or promotion. We will endeavour to contact you via email with our up and coming promotions or sales in the event you’d like to offer the same promotion or sale pricing.

For orders including 5-10 SKU’s we offer our Wholesale Customers 40% off RRP.

For orders including 11-20 SKU’s we offer our Wholesale Customers 45% off RRP.

For orders including 21 or more SKU’s we offer our Wholesale Customers 50% off RRP. 

For already discounted bundles we offer our Wholesale Customers 20% off RRP.

For accessories we offer our Wholesale Customers 20% off RRP.

For salon sized products we offer our Wholesale Customers 40% off RRP. 


We ship via Australia Post from our Brisbane warehouse Australia and New Zealand wide. 

Australia Post will deliver to a residential, business, or to a PO Box address. If your parcel is returned due to insufficient information on check out fields you will be required to pay the redelivery fee so please ensure you complete all fields on check out to ensure the parcel finds you the first time! 

Unless you request a sign on delivery upgrade, your parcel will be delivered regardless of whether you are home or not. 

For Wholesale Customer shipping within Australia:

  • $9.95 flat rate for standard shipping for all orders (generally 3-10 business days)

For Wholesale Customer shipping to New Zealand:

  • $15.50 flat rate for standard shipping for all orders (generally 3-10 business days)

If your parcel tracking says that your parcel has been delivered but has not been received please get in touch with the Australia Post help desk on 137678. Unfortunately due to Australia Post Terms and Conditions, we are not able to track orders past this point due to security and privacy reasons.

In-stock items are dispatched the very next business day. 

If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be automatically shipped when your backorder items are available. In this event, we will email you with an estimated delivery date.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee to our Wholesale Customers in the unlikely event that you receive goods not in their original condition and not as a result of how the parcel was handled in transit or delivered. 

If this is the case for you, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we can help you through the process. We will require you to return the product (in its original condition) via registered post at your expense. 

Refunds exclude any shipping or delivery charges.

In the event of non-delivery, please report this to us immediately. 

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order is being processed. We do not accept the return of unsold goods or change of mind purchases. 

The estimated delivery dates of back-order items are approximate and for guidance only. We try our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control. Back orders are considered final orders and cannot be cancelled once paid.

We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our range. If this occurs, the payment received for the cancelled product will be refunded in full to the Wholesale Customer.

Wholesale Customer Responsibilities

You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. For example, you will be solely responsible for:

  • The technical operation of your site and all related promotional platforms

  • The accuracy, truth, and appropriateness of material posted on your site and all related promotional platforms

  • Ensuring that material posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights)

  • Ensuring that material posted on your site is not considered illegal

  • Ensuring that your site accurately and adequately discloses, either through a privacy policy or otherwise, how you collect, use, store, and disclose data collected from visitors, including, where applicable, that third parties (including advertisers) may serve content and/or advertisements and collect information directly from visitors and may place or recognise cookies on visitors’ browsers

Relationship of Parties

You and It’s Clancy, Yo! are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict any of the above.

Wholesale Customer Identification and Claims

As a condition to your participation as a Wholesale Customer, you agree to not issue any negative, misleading, or incorrect information via press release with respect to this Agreement or your participation as a Wholesale Customer; such action may result in your termination from this Agreement. This includes misrepresentation or embellishment of the relationship between It’s Clancy, Yo! and you, making claims of formulating or manufacturing our products, or implying that you are part of the It’s Clancy, Yo! company.

Intellectual Property

Once you have signed up as a Wholesale Customer you are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics we provide you with via email on your site, on your promotional platforms, in your emails, or in other communications. We may change the design of the artwork at any time without notice.

All It’s Clancy, Yo! product images and product copy are the property of It’s Clancy, Yo!. Approved Wholesale Customers are welcome to use any of the images, banners, or product copy that we provide you in your welcome email for the purpose of promoting the products. 

Product Modification

It’s Clancy, Yo! products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution.

Legal Compliance

As a condition to your participation as a Wholesale Customer, you agree to comply with all laws, legislation, regulations, or other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over you, whether those laws, etc. are now in effect or later come into effect during the time you are a Wholesale Customer. Without limiting the foregoing obligation, you agree that as a condition of your participation as a Wholesale Customer you will comply with all applicable laws (federal, state, or otherwise) that govern marketing email, including any anti-spam laws.

Termination of Agreement 

It’s Clancy, Yo!, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future orders, in the event of any misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account. 

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to any products sold through this Agreement. In addition, we make no claims that the Wholesale Operation of It’s Clancy, Yo! will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will, however, do all in our power to remedy the issue or the situation, but will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

It’s Clancy, Yo! cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement (including any actual or alleged breach thereof), any transactions or activities under this Agreement or your relationship with us shall be submitted to confidential dispute resolution, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court (and you consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction.
